It was about the end of year 2005 and I was siiting at work not doing much. I was thinking about my goals and revisiting them to see where I went wrong and how I can improve them for the next year. I have always been a focus person, but many times I have been too easy with myself and let things go when I could have pushed myself a bit harder. Do something everyday is a way that I can, together with you out there, keep myself in track. I will share with you my excersicing goal. However, people out there in the world can comment about there own goals even if they do not have to do with exercising. It can be professional, finances, spiritual, relationship, etc… The important thing is to share with others and we will all find out that most people are not that diferent. You can be from the East, the West , the North or the South in the world and I can tell you that we all want to be happy and avoid suffering. To do something everyday toward that goal, even if is just a little bit is a good thing and perhaps we can help each other.
